Respite

When full-time carers need a break or families are away, respite accommodation provides a safe, fully supported environment with expert clinical oversight. Designed for people with high medical and complex care needs, our respite stays include 24/7 nursing support, daily medical care, and personal assistance to ensure a seamless transition from home.

We offer short-term stays of up to 14 days, fully funded by the NDIS. Our Perth-based accommodation is equipped for high-care needs, with trained professionals on hand to manage medications, specialised equipment, mobility support, and personal care. Nutritious meals are provided daily, and we can arrange enjoyable activities suited to your interests and abilities.

STA

Our short-term accommodation (STA) provides a safe, fully supported stay for people with high medical and complex care needs who require temporary housing for more than two weeks. Whether due to a carer’s absence, a transitional period, or another need, we offer 24/7 clinical oversight, personal support, and a comfortable environment suited to your requirements.

We arrange accommodation that meets your medical and personal needs, ensuring access to trained clinical nurses and skilled support workers. From medication management to mobility assistance and high-intensity care, every aspect of your stay is carefully coordinated to ensure safety, stability, and well-being.

MTA

When a permanent home isn’t immediately available, Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) provides a safe and fully supported place to stay. This NDIS-funded service is ideal for people transitioning from hospital, awaiting a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) vacancy, or needing a temporary home while modifications are completed.

We arrange specialist accommodation in Perth with high medical support, ensuring access to clinical nurses, experienced support workers, and the right equipment for your needs. Whether you require advanced medical care or daily living assistance, we provide a stable, comfortable environment where you can prepare for the next stage, and maintain independence.
